⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had a great experience renting a storage unit at Mini Mall Storage. The process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Ifaz, who went above and beyond to help me, even after regular business hours. His customer service was outstanding, and he took the time to make sure everything was taken care of when he could have easily waited until the next day.
It's rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to help customers outside of normal working hours. Because of Ifaz's excellent service, I would highly recommend Mini Mall Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused storage facility.
Thank you again, Ifaz, for your exceptional help!

Needed a short term storage unit for only one month. I was helped by Ifaz. Ifaz was friendly, knowledgable and hooked me up with a great deal on a 10'x15' unit. Definitely 100% recommend. Thanks again Ifaz for your excellent service and the great deal you gave me! Keep on rocking.

I visited Mini Mall Storage on Stewart Crescent in Maple Ridge today, and I had a very positive experience. I met Mr. Ashish at the reception desk, and he explained all the different storage sizes and options very clearly. His customer service was excellent, and he took the time to show me all the available deals.
The facility is very clean, the storage sizes are good, and the location is very accessible. The prices are also very reasonable, and they are currently offering the first month free.
I would definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage to anyone looking for a good storage facility. Great place, excellent customer service, and very reasonable prices!

I inquired about switching from my unit to a smaller one as I no longer needed so much space. Ifaz helped me out with the request and was able to accommodate the few requests I made in regards to moving items from one to the other, costs , and possible discounts. All in all a very easy process and I am happy with the level of service I received.
