My partner and I had an emergency occur where we had to completely pack up and move out of our current space, and try to find a storage unit as soon as possible. It was very easy to reserve the unit online and when we arrived, the lovely gentleman Ish was more than happy to help us. He showed us to our unit immediately and got the paperwork signed very efficiently. He was a pleasure to have help us in this difficult time and I would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone needing one in the future!

Management at mini mall called me and we have resolved the issue and came to a satisfactory conclusion. I am giving 4 stars as other than the move out issue my experience was great but hopefully next time it will be smoother.
Everything was good until having to correct my move out date. I had confirmed at time of rental and also when I gave my first move out date that is was pro-rated. I called and emailed to advise and correct my move out date from May 31 to June 4 as some things had changed on my end. When I finally got a reply I was told I would need to pay for the full month of June. I responded with what I was told about it being prorated and was told the location would need to contact me after a number of days passed I went to the Mini Mall in person and was again told no your only option is to pay for the full month of June.
