Extremely good service. Neat and tidy space. Easy access, spacious units. Officers at front desk, especially Ish, were very professional, friendly and prompt in responses. I would highly recommend their storage and services. In future if I need storage, I would definitely go to Minimall storage at Maple Cres, maple ridge.

I've been a customer here for almost a year and had 3 lockers from every size. Recently had a life situation and couldn't afford them and they worked with me to put everything in a smaller unit and a deal on the price. Very nice people I'm very grateful of the staff.

Excellent storage place. The staff are friendly (especially Ish, who set up my account), and the whole building is clean and secure.
It's also located in a quiet residential street, which is a plus compared to other storage places.
Not the cheapest, but worth it if you value privacy.

Very friendly guy at front desk. Place is easily accessible and the hours are good for me. The place is clean and dry. Too many fees added on but I guess that’s standard.
