Great team really friendly staff. Came for a U-Haul rental. They made everything right. U-Haul made a huge mistake with my order. Somewhere else they were able to get me in my Cargo van, unfortunately, based on U-Haul’s issues over the phone I wasn’t able to get what I needed, but the staff was very friendly here at the storage definitely recommend them

The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure. The unit itself is clean and in good shape - very nice to have a unit in a newer building. Abdullah is very professional, competent, polite, and helpful. This has been a much better experience than with a very run-down unit with a different storage provider (at comparable prices).

Ashish was a great help. He went above and beyond, staying late on Christmas Eve when I was delayed after work so that he could help me get set up with a new unit. The unit was clean and size as advertised. The facility is well organized and has a washroom nearby. So far, e very positive experience here.

I was helped by Abdallah today. He went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive experience. I came at 4:45, 15 mins before closing time, and he stayed until 5:30 to help me finalize my lease. Excellent experience, I feel safe leaving my belongings here. Thanks again!!!

Great Experience! I was shopping around and this is definitely the best bang for your buck. Very nice and clean facility! The property manager Ashish was great very efficient and helpful with the process! I would highly recommend if you are looking for storage in the Maple Ridge area
