It’s very rare nowadays to get good customer service like what we experienced today. Linda is just awesome! So is Dennis! They were both very helpful without us even asking and with the things that we asked for, they were more than willing to help. I give them a five star! They deserve it!

Was a previous tenant at their New West location for a short time and decided become a tenant at this location since there was a parking spot available. Greeted by a familiar employee Linda as she transferred from New West and was also helped by Dennis throughout the entire process to be a tenant again. Storage units are plenty however the parking spots are indeed limited in comparison to New West. Excellent customer service and efficiency in all aspects. Thank you and happy to see a familiar face again!
