Karan was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, even months before my rental! He thoroughly explained all the procedures and had my unit clean and ready to go when I arrived. Very happy with the service at this location

Was dropping things off late in the evening, the It’s Suppose to be open till 10:00pm but their clocks are off by a few minutes because we made it to the gate at 9:58 but still got locked in, had to call the company and then wait for someone to back in touch with us to eventuallly let us out. A simple recorded message letting people know the facility is about to close would go along way.

Karan from Advance Storage went above and beyond to help me. He answered all my questions, I was surprised to find that exceptional customer service in a storage facility. After a few weeks, I realized I needed a bigger space, and Karan went above and beyond to ensure that I could get a larger storage unit instantly. Within a few hours, I was already moving my stuff to the new storage unit, which was impeccably clean and ready. The service at this location is amazing. Thank you, Karan, for all your help.
