I have been using this storage facility for over 6 years and would never go anywhere else. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional, and the units are clean, safe, and well-maintained. I’ve always felt confident that my belongings are secure here. Truly a wonderful place with excellent service. I highly recommend it!

My husband died suddenly and controlled our banking. I had no idea how he was paying for our storage locker and all his credit cards had been cancelled. He got a nasty text on his cellphone from them on 2nd of November demanding payment within 10 days and threatening auditioning off our contents if not resolved. My son checks his phone for me every few days so we can try and keep up with payments due.
I paid them in cash on the 12th as I thought it was at the 10 days notice and paying through the bank would take 2-3 days to clear but they still charged me the $10 late fee. I did not realize that till I got a letter from them yesterday saying that the monthly rent was $189 plus the $10 late fee and they had charged me $197 plus tax.
I went to the office again to see if they would refund the late fee.
It is a nightmare to get into this place as their access road is always backed up with traffic from the golden ears bridge.
Told very harshly by I’m assuming the senior man there that their rent is due on 1st of the month and My payment was late. No compassion at all for my situation and I will be terminating my contract with them.

The customer service is absolutely the best, they go above and beyond! Always friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and well lit. Prices are reasonable.
